The booty routine I follow is 3 sets of 20 Weighted Glute Bridges, 3 sets of 20 Lunges, 3 sets of 15 Squat Pulses, 3 sets of 20 Donkey Kicks, and lastly 3 sets of 20 Fire Hydrants. I usually do this two or three times a week depending on how much time i have. I do this workout because a better booty relies on many muscles not just one. Each of these workouts corresponds to a muscle in the booty, the Weighted Glute Bridges are for the Gluteus Medius, Lunges are for the Gluteus Maximus, Squat Pulses are for the Hamstrings, Donkey Kicks are for the Semitendinosus, and Fire Hydrants are for the Adductormagnus.
