To be able to do mountain climbers the position you need to be in is important :
-firstly you need to get into a plank position making sure your back is flat and your head is in line with your body whilst looking down
-You want to lift your knee to you chest and bring it back
-then switch legs and also bring your knee to your chest and repeat that same posses switching to both legs
If you stay consistent and do this everyday for atleast 15-30 minutes you can start to see the progress in 3-6 weeks.
