I found this on YouTube once , it's called dirty 30s. We use to do it pre workout to get going into it or after workout when we wanted a quick routine that still hit hard.
1st high knees for 30 seconds immediately going into burpees for 30 seconds then mountain climbers for 30 seconds take a 30 second break then hit the 3 again .. that's all I ever did but there was more I never worked up to, if u r interested .. after that last 30 second break he did tuck jumps for 30 seconds followed by a 30 sec break, 3 times. The 1st part was enuff for me to be done, here I am starting it off with high knees 🥺
