I had a hard time getting this to post, and if I knew that I would be able to create a link, I would've definitely made it longer. However, the main cardio that I do from home is my treadmill, but before I had the treadmill I used to run up and down my stairs frequently and I still do that to this day. Running up and down the stairs is actually super good for your legs. Also, dancing is one of my favorite cardio things to do at home and there are tons of free dancing tutorials on YouTube as well as other sites where you can learn different dances and have fun with it.
