I wanted to loose extra weight and i decided to add jumping rope to ny daily treining tools. It is deffinitely dynamic and efective way to get rid of sone kilograns. Jumping rope is super if you want to improve your coordination. You do not have to jump for a long time at the biggining. Stari eith 10 till 20 min jumping and taje 60 sec breaks whenever you need it. Using rope can make tour lower body muscles stronger. Jumping ripe is good cardio exercises which can give you fast fat loss.
Do not forget to drink plenty of wather during and after exercises to avoid dehydration.
