You can lay down on a bench and press your dumbbells upwards to train your chest. You can sit and push your dumbbells upwards to train your shoulders. You can bend over on a bench and pull your dumbbells towards yourself to train your back. Finally you can hold your dumbbells and bend downwards slowly to do a Russian deadlift which trains your hamstrings and glutes.
