Dumbbells
I go to the gym at my apartment building with my children, it's always a blast. Lately we've been doing a lot of dumbbelling, so to speak, lol.
My daughter noticed this poster and we do 15 reps of each exercise.
The baby enjoys to use the weight balls while we are doing this. We usually start our workout with the dumbbells and finish using the treadmill with a incline so we work our legs out too. Usually about a mile or so because there's only 2 treadmills and 3 kids. Occasionally, I'll use the stair masters but I have to baby so we can't stop fast enough. So for the time being our routine is dumbbells and treadmills.
