I like doing plank position to keep strong my belly muscles. I usually do it in home on the mat. Last time I went to gym and used vibrant plate machine to do this exercises. I have to say is more effective. You can do all exercises you do in home like push ups, squats, lunges and many more. Using 10 minutes vibrant plates will improve your muscle strength can reduce appearance of cellulite 😊. It will give you faster results if you do it few time a week. You can set time and strenght of each exercises. I really like that machine.
