CashWalk app doesn't convert steps into coins...! (Join Mingle with Cashwalk event #7 - Post 1)

Hello.

CashWalk app doesn't convert steps into coins...😩🤔!

In the app, on the lock screen/"Open the lock screen" (in addition to the total coins in the account, at the top left, the commands at the top right, time and date at the top centre), in the central circle, the steps, Kcal and Km are displayed, BUT THE CHEST (which jumps) WITH THE NUMBER OF COINS IN RED IS MISSING (at the base of the same central circle), which you can click on to obtain the coins (NOT obtainable, despite the steps).

Also without restrictions in my cell phone's battery settings and always (already default) enabled lockscreen.

I have already written several emails to support ("support@cashwalk.io"), who requested (and to whom I have already sent) related screenshots, but at the moment, for example even today, the problem persists 😣...

Please, as soon as possible, can someone help me ?

P.S. :   it's not that the same app prevent the steps from producing coins, when the cashwalkers walk too much ? (the problem, in particolar, is occurring after the day before I walked more than 20,000 steps and collected the maximum, 200 coins; precisely the next day, the steps don't produce coins and the "chest" with the red circle of coins in the dedicated lock screen is missing...).

I have to trust, as I trust, in the app.
