50ポンド以上減量したい場合、どれくらいの期間ダイエットを続ける必要がありますか?まず理想体重に達してから再び炭水化物を摂取するのでしょうか?それとも、間隔をあけて行う必要があるのでしょうか?

    I've left many comments on this particular topic here... Keto is not a good diet for it takes the route of cutting out food... a good healthy way to loose weight is to change they types of food ur eating first... many times this is the problem rather then quantity... and tbh it might take a bit for u to see change or progress but ur body has to start processing food and fats differently once you go cleaner... everything gets worst before it gets better... you know...  lol

      I agree with you. On top of everything, drinking enough water is a key for the healthy diet.

    Shouldn’t I diet and do aerobic exercise at the same time?I think you have to keep going slowly so you don't yo-yo.

    Ok so what you really want to do is calorie deficit. You can eat anything you like AS LONG as you keep it under your daily calorie intake. You can figure out how many calories you need to eat in a day to lose weight by using an online calculator website. Keep in mind, you will be hungry but you must stay strong. Drink plenty of water.

      Ok next, remember that calorie deficit is to eat less calories than you burn in a day. You should also do a bit of cardio but especially weightlifting.  Building some muscle will burn fat. Also try to eat whole foods since you burn more calories digesting it. Also eat a BUNCH of protein. And lastly try walking 10000 steps a day to avoid plateau. And remember you to take it slow. Don't give up!

    M16....Please remember that in the ideal world, you really need to eat a certain amount of carbs in a any diet...your body needs it....that doesn't mean you have to eat loads every day 👍

    besides the diet change. it's also good to incorporate exercises and strength training. the muscle will burn some calories while you sleep
