昨日4000歩以上歩いたのに、特典がもらえませんでした。メニュードロップ画面からアプリのカスタマーサービスに連絡しようとしたら、メールアプリでアカウントを設定してからもう一度試すように言われました。何が間違っているのか、そしてメールアプリとは何なのか、どなたか教えていただけませんか？

    you didn't get any coins at all? Did you see a chest on your screen with your steps? Maybe log off and on again..

      If it was for yesterday, those coins are gone. They reset after midnight and no way to get them back.

      There's been two days that there was no chest and I had a ton of steps. I am also having problems with the reward ad games, glitching out and not getting my coins for that either. I'm guessing there's nothing I can do.
