ケトダイエットに関する質問

ケトダイエットに関する質問は既に出尽くしていると思いますが、一つ質問があります。本当に効果が出るにはどれくらいの期間続ければ良いのでしょうか?また、例えば果物一個やオレンジジュース一杯など、ダイエットを1日休んでも良いのでしょうか?それとも果物や果糖誘導体の摂取は完全に禁止されているのでしょうか?

    I can't answer you about the Keto diet. I always prefer to change your diet if you have a weight or health problem than to diet. A little exercise (walking) and a light dinner should be enough. Eat a varied diet and eliminate snacks and sugary drinks.
