ケトダイエットは本当に大きな副作用なく長期的に続けられるものなのでしょうか?

 

そうでない場合、ケトダイエットをやめたら健康を維持するのは簡単ですか、それとも体重はまた戻ってしまいますか?

    No it can not be sustained long term and it is not good for your health

    There are long- term effects, therefore it's recommended to only do keto for 12 months max. In addition, as with any restrictive diet, it's a challenge to follow with limited food choices/flavors and you can gain weight once you stop the diet.
