断続的断食に関する質問

断続的断食には選択肢が少ないと聞きました。

どのようなタイプの断続的断食を始めるのが良いでしょうか、初心者にとって良い選択肢はどれでしょうか?

    Usually 12:12 is a realistic start for many beginners! Then u can do 14:10, etc. if u feel that u can slim down ur eating window

    Start slow but work your way up to a minimum of 16 hours. It's good to switch it up as well. I start fasting after dinner and start eating at lunch the next day, I try and change both times up.

    It depends on your metabolism. At first you try to fast for several hours like 5 to 8 hours. And then if you feel OK, not like fainting or dizzy, you may give it a try a bit longer.

    Io mi fido unicamente del metodo 16/8. L'ho testato qualche giorno fa ed è molto valido, alla fine il digiuno non lo soffri più di tanto e i benefici iniziano a vedersi già dopo una settimana
