I have, but it was a few yrs ago now. I do know that if you deprive your body of food, whether intentionally or not, your body automatically stores away fast to use as energy later. This is why many doctors DON'T recommend that you skip meals. They say to eat as soon as possible after waking, even if it's a small healthy snack to kick your body into gear. They recommend a bigger lunch than dinner, like how our ancestors did it (dinner then supper). The last meal before you turn in for your nightly rest should be at least 2 hrs before you lay down (& as I just said, should be a smaller meal, not the biggest meal as we do nowadays). & They recommend you exercise after your last meal, even if it's just a walk around the block, a bike ride, or some other form of exercise that isn't too much on you, taking care not to do any strenuous exercise too soon after eating. Bathing before bed has also been said to be more beneficial than bathing after your slumber as your body calms and you go to bed clean, which is also important for your health.
