食習慣は血圧に影響しますか?

毎朝、まずタンパク質を補給するためにゆで卵を2個食べることから朝食を始めます。朝食以外にも、他の食事で卵を食べます。時には1日に何個も卵を食べることもあります。

 

食生活が長期的に血圧に影響を与える可能性があるのか​​なと思っています。卵の摂取量を減らした方がいいでしょうか?

    Hmmm i don't think eating many eggs in a day will cause high blood pressure, but it's not very healthy either; It has a lot of protein but humans need variety in their eating habits ☺️

    I have heard about egg yolks have much cholesterol, but I am not sure if it will affect blood pressure.

    I can't imagine eggs would increase your BP.  However maybe the cholesterol could clog your arteries which could increase BP.

    Eggs are actually a good source of protein so it should actually do the opposite and lower blood pressure!
