どの時点で高血圧の薬物治療を検討するのが適切でしょうか?

私は常に128から135の間で、85以上ですが、これは境界線だと言われており、利尿薬以外の薬を飲むことに抵抗があります。

It is best to follow the advice of your doctor. I've been on blood pressure medicine for about three years now and it definitely makes a difference.

If you are told to take medicine, then you, I suppose, should follow their instruction. They know better than us.😝

I think if you aren't able to reduce it in your own by eating healthy and exercise after a certain time frame then you should rely on medicines.

I'd seek the advice of the doctors.  My BP was borderline for years then one day the doc decided it was time to put me on the medication.

Also do your blood test regularly.
Condition on your body can be changed from time to time and it will be the best to study your situation and visit your doctor if anything extreme happens.

Since everyone is different, I believe a Cardiologist would be the best person to ask any of your high blood pressure questions.

Some tips that will help to lower it are getting daily exercise, eating a low sodium diet, and try your best to live a less stressful life.

Doctor knows best, try to do everything you can at home to help your blood pressure. Sometimes there might be something out of your control affecting health concerns , like blood pressure,  so it's important to talk with the doctor and let them know if or what you are doing to help it because if your doing everything right and the blood pressure is still going up, it may be time to take either more tests, or blood pressure medicine.
