生活習慣と高血圧?

高血圧の管理に効果的なライフスタイルの変化にはどのようなものがありますか? また、これらの変化を行った後、どれくらい早く改善が見られるのでしょうか?

    I would say diet and exercise.  Low sodium lots of green leafy vegetables.  But im no medical expert just my opinion

    Coming from someone who has high blood pressure! To manage it:
    
    1. Eat healthy: reduce salt, follow a DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diet, and eat more potassium-rich foods
    2. Stay active: aim for 150 minutes of exercise per week 
    3. Lose weight: even small amounts of weight loss can significantly lower blood pressure
    4. Limit alcohol
    5. Quit smoking
    6. Manage stress: practice relaxation techniques like meditation or deep breathing
    7. Get good sleep: aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night
    
    You can start seeing improvements as early as a few weeks, with it being more noticeable within 1-3 months!
