Yes I do. I have to make sure I drink 2,000 ml per day. I drink more if I sweat a lot.

I don't really count how much but I have certain set points. I drink 16oz when I wake up, after I shower and before I go to bed. I usually have water with dinner and that's 24 Oz. I don't count how much when I'm working out or watching TV because sometime I need more depending on how hot it is.
