5ドルのAmazonギフトカードに交換しようとしたのですが、できません。コードを取得するために電話番号を入力したのですが、「この携帯電話番号はすでに確認済みです」と表示され、コードが届きません。

何をすればいいですか?

      Actually my phone number didn't work from the beginning. When it said to try another number, I used my son's number and it worked, but today when I wanted to redeem, it didn't work the way it did. Nothing worked.

Then I made 3,000 points again with the new app. I wanted to redeem, but it didn't work. Since you asked me if it was my second account, I hope you know the answer. Please let me know if you do.

    I also can't redeem the gift card for whole day. It just keep on saying something like "we can't sent you verification code this time. Try later. " Cashwalk has bad reputation for not giving rewards to customers. Hope this time changes

      I was able to redeem finally! How did I I redeem? I used my brother's phone number and got the code. Try my way.
