Did you go to the website to redeem the code? chrome/your phone internet browser should come up for you to get the Amazon code. The first time I redeemed it I tried to put the app code into my Amazon before I realized how to do it .

Melissa ChristianI figured it out and the problem was I wasnt putting the dashes in.
