カードの引き換えを手伝ってくれる人はいますか?

歩数に応じてコインを換金した後、リワード カードをどのように使用すればよいか、誰か説明してもらえますか。リワード フォルダーに 3 枚のカードがあるのですが、その使い方がわかりません。

    Click on the reward you want to use, verify the phone number associated with your account, then copy and paste the alphanumeric code in the gift card section on Amazon to redeem

      I've done that and everything I click the redeem i get directed to a page for Amazon and it won't load ...I've tried all 3 Amazon gift cards and they all do the same thing...
Please help if you can .
