76 did you habilitate it on the lock screen?

アプリを起動したのですが、歩数がカウントされません。スマホにハートアプリがあるので、毎日の歩数を確認できるのですが、このアプリには表示されません。

Go to cashwalk app settings, make sure you to enable lockscreen.

Is locks green enabled for you? It might be the cause if it's not.
