こんにちは。カナダに住んでいますが、ソフトウェアのインストール時に誤って米国を選択してしまい、受け取ったギフトカードは米ドル建てになっています。国を変更したらすべてカナダドルで計算されるようになりましたが、ギフトカードはそのままです。カナダで買い物をしたいのですが、ギフトカードはカナダでは使えません。どうすればギフトカードを変更できますか？

Have you tried adding the gift card to your Amazon account and see if they convert that into Canadian dollars? Perhaps just contact support. Hopefully they can assist you.

I used the Millionsteps app and it pays only to Amazon.com and they would not move the gift card to .ca so when I just tried to use it by the time they charge you shipping and everything I saved nothing being in Canada and I have a prime membership so deleting that app.
