Honey!

There are so many types of honey to choose from in Italy. I use to avoid (mostly pasteurized) honey in the states but I've been exposed to it on a whole nother level. Right now I'm enjoying sulla honey and coriander honey. They both have such unique tastes. What's your favorite variety of honey.
