Can collect my coin

This is not the first time that happens but the app don't let me collect my coin, yesterday was one of those days and them at 12 am disappeared, what is the reason that I work so hard and I can collect my coin I have picture to prove, look. Apple app don't pay but your steps going automatically to your rewards, if you don't give me my coins back I collect my 15 dollars reward and good by Lola I take this app out off my phone.
