I had same problem yesterday but I can get today morning.
報酬を引き換えようとしていますが、引き換えようとするたびに画面に「アカウントを確認する必要があります」と表示され、確認するとこの番号が確認されたというメッセージが表示されるのでイライラしています。
確認済みなのに、なぜ報酬を引き換えることができないのですか。

We're assuming you hit redeem a second time to actually get it to acquire the gift card? I know some people have been having processing, which is that second redeem press, issues. Contact support if it doesnt.
