I guess it has not been very lucrative and sustainable. And I would agree if I were in this business.

It would have been nice that they'd mention that they weren't doing challenges any more or if they are working on something different, to say so instead of leaving folks hanging. Also, if people just wanted to keep track of their pace, they don't need this or any app to do so. Yeah, we've all gotten hooked on 'incentives' to do things but, if not, what's the point.

Agreed. There's plenty of pedometer apps but if you say you'll pay them you need to uphold that. I think the problem was they expanded too much so they're probably trying to eliminate the countries other than USA since it seems the US is paying much less for gift cards

I think the rest of the week will be the tell tale for challenges. I mean, all other challenges have paid out, including the10k steps which did today, so by tomorrow, or the latest friday, should be a clean slate (no lingering things to be settled): any changes, are in place; most error issues (mostly redemption/processing problems) resolved; restart or intro of the challenges. Or at least tell us something.

There's an update from another poster (rebecca) earlier today from support. They are working on new challenges and reorganization which takes time but they are working on it!.
