I cant redeem my 5000 pints either. I think this is what i was warned about in reviews when i first dwnldd the app 2 years ago. I did not have an issue until 5000 teps ago. I have gotten $30.00 in Amazon gift card value. I never tried using my coins for a chance to win anything because i am not a gambler. I think they are done with just giving me 5 dollar cards.
