Plant milk

I start to drink plant sometimes as it is healthier. I heard that cow milk is actually not good to skin and some people may have intolerance.

My favourite plant milk is oat milk and soya. I add oat milk to coffee and the texture is rich. Soya tastes good itself so i dont mix it with other things
