少し寝るのが解決策になると思います。うちの息子はいつも朝6時に起きるんです。もう疲れているので、少なくとも1日は朝10時まで寝ないと！

Truth! Lol thankfully mine are all older. Though when they were little I'd but a 2 hour movie on. They didn't have to go to sleep but had to lay down and finish the movie. Works everytime lol
