Dog barking

Was walking alone, passed a random dog, he suddenly started barking at me and coming at me. The owner justified this by saying "He's generally okay around people but not around other dogs". Granted I did walk my dog just before that, but I didn't have him with me at that time. Did that guy just call me a dog? 😂😂😂😂🤷🏻‍♀️
