this is a tredmill which is a work out equiptment that you could have in your house and in the gym. tredmils help you body in various different ways such as loosing weight, strengthening your heart, improving blood circulation and increases your stamina.

Staying constant everyday for atleast 30-60 minutes helps burn body fat and boosts your cardiovascular system aswell as your well being.

It is better to run than to walk on a tredmill as it burns twice as much calories per minute than walking.

 

I own a tredmill and it is in my living room so whether it's raining or I'm not bothered to go to the gym I turn on my TV and run on the tredmill 😭
