Lamb rogan josh pilaf

I want to share the recipe of my dinner today~

 

 

Cut tomato and tenderstem broccoli into small pieces and cook the rice;

 

Heat fry pan and add lamb mince once hot;

 

Add tenderstem broccoli to the rice cooker when it's almost ready;

 

Stir in rogan josh curry sauce and some garlic to the lamb;

 

Add tomatoes, chicken stock paste and some water to the lamb mixture and season with salt and pepper;

 

When the rice is ready, add to the pan and mix well;

 

Ready to serve! Add some chilli flakes and yogurt if you like 🤩 I also add an egg too 🥚
