チキンの赤いポソレ。

母がチキン・ポソレ・ロホ（赤）を作ってくれました。ホミニーと鶏肉が入っていて、キャベツ、赤玉ねぎ、オレガノをトッピングして、レモンを絞って、トスターダを添えています。すごく美味しくて、全然辛くないんです。母はいつも辛く作るんです。

      33.Yes  you can make it not spicy or spicy or really spicy it depends how much spiciness you like or not. It is called chicken pozole rojo.you could probably find it in a mexican restaurant or if you got mexican friends there mom's or grandma know how to make it.
