Right now, it's lasagna. I think it might also be rigatoni with sausage. I used to be indifferent to Italian cuisine. That changed when I stopped using recipes based on simplicity and sought out recipes that focused on flavor. The recipes take longer and the ingredients are more costly but the results are worth it.

Good to hear you've found your knack for Italian cooking! I don't really cook or bake but I can make a good spaghetti. Otherwise, I rely on all of garden for the rest of the dishes I enjoy. LOL. I also really don't like sausage much so I prefer hamburger.
