Imma guess between 16-20 grams of protein. No idea about the carbs. Does it keep it you full for long? I might try this

This works for me. I'm hypoglycemic, sonan emphasis on protein and fat and low carb has been my breakfast diet since I was diagnosed. It is a little high in fat but I don't like the taste of low fat or nonfat Greek yogurt. 28 g of granola and 3/4 of a cup of yogurt and a handful of blueberries is about 19 grams of fat, 27 g of carbohydrates 19 g of protein
