アパートやマンション内にジムがある人はどれくらいいるでしょうか？また、そのジムの質はどの程度でしょうか？
以前住んでいたアパートにもジムがありましたが、そこにはカーディオ機器、フリーウェイト、マシン数台といった必要最低限のものは揃っていましたが、あまり高級なものはありませんでした。

88. I don't have one. I bought a set of resistance bands that work really good for arm workouts. I use the stairs at work to do lunges and step ups.

It is nice to have it so close and limit your travel time to get your workout in. Keeps you motivated instead of dreading both the commute and workout itself!
