トレッドミルの購入を検討しています。

自宅でトレーニングできるシステムを購入したいのですが、まずはトレッドミルから始めようと思っています。ダンベルとマットは持っていますが、トレッドミルのブランドで何かおすすめはありますか？

      Good idea, I know treadmills can take up a lot of space and are very heavy.

    I had one before but rarely ever used it. I guess I like running/walking more outside than indoors.

    by the ones for sale at Costco because they're cheap and that they're worth the price I'm not sure if your Costco has it though but I bought mine from Costco and it has worked since 2012
