Movie review: slam dunk the movie

I am probably biased because this being the recent favorite is more of a memory lane. This recalls memories of growing up with my siblings reading the manga, fighting who gets to read it first or sticking our heads together and read together.

The story itself is a bit different than in the manga but some of the iconic scenes are there. If you didn't see the trailer and thought the main character is the same as the manga, you'd be surprised. It very touching and of course has a good message and a great ending.

Overall, I think both kids and adults will enjoy this "movie".
