Have you tried to collect your coins directly from the app, you don't even have to have it in your lock screen, just makes it more convenient. I just end up with 100 ads opened when I turn my phone on

Your steps reset at a specific time each day. You gotta collect the coins on your lock screen before the reset. Mine is midnight

Apparently if you have an iPhone you can only earn 100 coins but if you have an android you can get 200
