最近、うちの犬が尿漏れするんです。原因は、体調が良いせいか筋肉が普段からかなり硬くなっているのに、寝ている時に筋肉が少し緩みすぎて、少しおしっこを漏らしてしまうことだそうです :(

Since you said she im assuming shes female. Increased estrogen weakens the pelvic floor for all females regardless of species.
