この小さな灰色の野良猫と、（写真には写っていませんが）ストロベリーブロンドの兄弟は、朝になると私の庭で遊ぶのが好きです。最初は、猫のオニが朝に一緒に遊んでくれるので、オニを待っているのかと思っていました。でも、オニたちは主に納屋の周りをうろついていることに気づきました。納屋は柵で囲まれた場所で、日中はアヒルたちが草を食んでいます。今日は、私がアヒルを納屋から放すのを待っているようでした。でも、私が「いい子だね」と声をかけると、彼らは去っていきました😆

Yeah! I really think both the cats and the ducks get some enrichment from seeing each other ❤

What a cutie! 🥰 I sure hope they leave your ducks alone though! My cat has injured/killed so fairly large birds over the years!

I'm not particularly concerned. My ducks are the "Jumbo Pekin" breed and they're as big as Canada geese. They're pretty aggressive, too, though ultimately harmless. I ocassionally let my cats into the barnyard and they're afraid of the ducks 🤣
