6日前に手術を受けました。水泳も犬を飼うことも禁止されているので、一日中じっと座っているわけにはいきません。特定の姿勢で座っていると痛みを感じます。不安とADHD、トラウマ反応があり、さらに火の星座でもあるので、じっと座っているのが困難です。

I feel you, but you have to let your body recover from the trauma of surgery.

i am recovered completely. then a few days ago my dog saw a cat. took off and i almost ended up face first in a ditch of rocks. i was sliding as well and leaning into it... so i threw myself down into the grass and dug my heels stopping her. i pulled my left bicep.. lmao its been fiive days the soreness is almost gone. haha. i can at least ride my bike today!
