ヨガのビデオを3本見ました。1本は14分、2本は10分で、自宅でやりました。肩がすごく張りました。散歩して太陽を浴びて、最高でした。皆さんはどこにいても、昼夜問わずどんな過ごし方をしていますか?

    Not too bad, thanks. I just got back from a long walk; it is dusk for me. I discovered yoga when I started my weightloss journey. I do Happy Yoga with Sarah Starr every morning to ease my pain and stiffness from the car accident I was in. The combination of yoga and losing a lot of weight has decreased my need for pain medication just to be able to stand and walk even a short distance. Happy Yoga is gentle yoga and a great place to start!

      Jim, it more than likely is. When I started, I was nearly 400 pounds and could barely bend because of my big belly and my old broken pelvis injury. I had back spasms and spent most of the day in my recliner. Happy Yoga is slow and gentle and Sarah offers modifications throughout. Happy Yoga is on a local PBS station for me and was recommended by my diabetic care team as a good form of exercise for someone with mobility issues. I hope you check it out and it benefits you.
      I realize I sound like I'm advertising for this. I'm not; I do not receive anything for promoting Happy Yoga. I have simply used it and really benefitted from it.

      Yes I just started today it feels good, I also did one dealing with the chakras, root charkas, scaral chakra, solar plexus, heart chakra, third eye chakra, crown chakra. Which if the charkas are blocked they can interfere with your health, mentally, emotionally, physically etc.

      Try gentle yoga, yoga for seniors, chair yoga, SilverSneakers in your searches. YouTube (and the internet in general) is full of material. I posted several YouTube videos below in the comments.
