Gratitude Journal

A gratitude journal is a personal diary where you regularly write down things you’re thankful for. This practice is part of positive psychology and is often referred to as "counting one’s blessings". By consistently noting these positive experiences, you can shift your mindset to be more appreciative and aware of the good things around you. This can lead to numerous benefits, such as improved mental health, better sleep, and stronger relationships.

1) I am grateful for my parent's unconditional love and always being there when I needed them.

2) I am thankful for marrying my best friend and the love of my life.

3) I am so thankful and proud of my son growing into the man he is.
