Paris Olympics 2024: Road Cycling

The Paris Olympics was a redemption story for two Belgium cyclist, Remco Evenepoel (left) & Wout Van Aert (right).

Despite giving it their all in the Tour de France, they were overshadowed by the first & second place riders. Remco placed third & received the Best Young Rider award. Wout, an amazing sprinter, was 1 second behind the winner of a stage.

When I heard that the Tour de France winners were not competing in the Olympics, I was excited. It's fun to see other riders get opportunities to win.

Remco Evenepoel won gold in the Men's Road Cycling Race & gold in the Men's Individual Time Trial.

Wout Van Aert won bronze in the Men's Individual Time Trial.

These guys are amazing athletes and I'm so happy that they were able to win in Paris.

Can't wait to watch them race in the Tour de Spain in 2 weeks 💪😎
