ワクチン接種の予約をしたのですが、mRNAワクチンとmRNAを含まないワクチンのどちらかを選ぶように言われました。どちらを接種するか、またその理由は？

Not sure but I think the mRNA covers all the corvid variants plus flu. As far as being vaccinated, I don't do flu shots. Everyone I know that had ever gotten it, not only got the flu but got it worse than if the never had the shot. I did get the original corvids but none since.
