Is it possible that you have the same account info on multiple devices, i.e. your smart phone and a smart watch? Or more than one account with the same info? Using a VPN for access? Some apps don't allow that. Don't know, just throwing some ideas out there.
My is suspended too. Tried to cash out and had the same message. I got 23000cpins now. Write them everyday from month and No respond. Do not know what to do either. I tried to open new account and do not use that one but just here I can do challenges thrue website community. My feeds do not work still after last update. When I open another account did not have feeds either but when log on thrue website community got differente referral code. It is ridiculous. I am getting mad. Can do challenges, steps but can't redeem coins🤔😤
I wonder if anyone was able to be connected to CashWalk. I haven't received any reply yet.

They so unhelpful with fixing this type of problem despite users being in the usa besides
