Magnet Miner Winter Edition doesn't credit coins

This game credited the first level but never the second level. I contacted the help desk but they were no help. They gave me some copy and paste answer about not qualifying for the reward for not following the guidelines. When asked what did I do they just repeated the same hollow answer. Don't bother with this game, it might not credit
